Yara Sabri was born on March 3, 1967 in Damascus, the capital of Syria. She is the daughter of an ancient artistic family, as his father is the artist Salim Sabri and her mother is the artist Thanaa Debsi, as well as her aunt, the artist Tharaa Debsi, and she is married to the artist Maher Salibi. She started her artistic career in 1989 through the series The Orange Tree, after which she participated in many works until she reached the absolute starring roles.

She also went through the authoring experience, as Yara’s talent in the field of writing becomes clear, especially the screenwriting experience, in which she began as a dramatic collaboration through the series Small Hearts in 2009, and then her experience in the series “Quods of Rouh” as a screenwriter in partnership with her colleague and friend Rima Fuleihan.
