Tolay Haroon was born on December 1, 1974 in Latakia, Syria. She is the sister of young actress Dina Haroun. Tolay joined the Syrian Artists Syndicate in 1994. She also participated in many different Syrian, Jordanian, Saudi and Emirati TV shows, such as: Al-Khashkhash, Warm Hearts, and Lost Jawaheriya. She also presented a Syrian play, and went through the experience of presenting programs through a direct Emirati programme.
